Scrapbooks and Skype

As many of you know, I love Scrap booking.  My two favourite places to shop is the Scrapping Turtle and of course Lasting Impressions which is owned by my in-laws and can't forgot my sister in law Kathryn who designs and manufactures her own line of acrylic stamps, you can find her creations at the Lasting Impressions store in Sarnia or at her own website Willowgrove Stamps.

Sometimes I like to go to crops and have a few drinks and some laughs with my friend (note:  sometimes alcoholic beverages and scrap booking don't mix, but that is a whole other story)   This weekend I was able to crop with my best friends Denise and Marissa all from the comfort of our individual homes.   We Scrap booked and Skyped.  Skype?????  You are probably wondering what the heck is Skype.  Skype is a program you can download which allows you to talk to your friends through your computer.  It is fabulous.   I was able to crop with my friends and still have all my supplies and tools at hand in my room.   

I finished a number of layouts that I had already started for my Disney Trip album.  We went to Disney World back in 2006 and I am finally finishing it.  Almost done.   Some of this posts will be going onto the forum  at the Turtle Soup as part of the Git R Done club I am a part of.  I hope to get these layouts and more on the forum sometime in the next couple of days.
